Yellowstone

In 1872, Yellowstone became the first national park, this land mass covers an area of 3,468 square miles that border Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. My nephew and I camped here for three days, visiting several geysers, hot springs, and viewing the spectacular wildlife that thrive in the Lamar and Hayden Valleys.

~ Nomads of the Valley ~
My nephew and I saw these wolves in the Lamar Valley. They were cautious of our presence and seemed a little uneasy. It wasn’t too long before they decided to take cover in the forest. I’ve seen wolves in the wild before, but unfortunately I didn’t have a camera with me. I was excited to capture some of my own images of these elusive predators.
