Melting snow swells the Little North Santiam River in early March. This is a side view of Cascada De Los Ninos (Waterfall of the Children) or also known as Sawmill Falls. My objective was to capture this waterfall from the natural rock jetty you see in the background, however spray and mist instantly covered my lens. It’s known for some of the clearest-running water in the Pacific Northwest.
