~ Blue Blitz ~
Spirit Falls is fed from the glaciers of majestic Mt. Adams. This deep rock bowl swirls with torrent blue water before flowing downstream to an area kayakers call “Chaos”. I watched two kayakers paddle over the falls shortly after photographing this scene. The Little White Salmon River is one of the most popular class V-runs in the country.
