The Lower Eight Mile Schoolhouse is one of the few remaining historical schools left in Oregon. It is 117 years old. On the side of the bell tower you can faintly see the year 1904.
The owner of this property and his brother are cattle ranchers and have lived in this canyon for 47 years.
