This Massey Harris Reaper & Binder has several moving parts which were used to cut and bind grain around their stalks. The spoked shaft is missing the wooden paddles that were used to feed the stalks through the belt-driven conveyor for binding. It was towed by a tractor and manually operated by one person. Circa early 1900's.
