Oregon has 363 miles of coastline that is available to the public year-round. In the winter months surfers can take advantage of wave energy rolling down from the Gulf of Alaska.
This surfer was found at Cape Kiwanda in the middle of January.

on April 28, 2014Great waves, great weather, great shot. Cape Kiwanda is one of favorite places. Went there when i was a kid and my kids love it. The fishing boat in my Oregon gallery was taken the last time we were there.
