~ Starstruck ~
Pacific Starfish can be found next to the shallow tide pools along the Oregon Coast. These voracious predator’s use their small tentacles pull open mussels and clams found in the intertidal zone of the beach.
Great shot love the starfish
Looks like he doesn't have much competition for the next meal.
Great composition of the encrusted rocks and the small stream traversing the beach.
This is a wonderful find. It also looks like an eye formed by the riff raff in the shallow tide pool. Wonderful capture.
Very cool. Love the color.
