~ Morning Glory ~
This is Mt. Adams and Takhlakh Lake located in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It’s a diverse landscape with plenty of old growth, fragile subalpine meadows, lava fields and high alpine terrain. I camped here for two days by myself and woke up at dawn to catch a glimpse of an Osprey. As luck would have it, no sign of the Osprey, but when the sun peeked over the tall trees - it was only a few minutes before the magic began to light up the sky.
This one is dedicated to an old friend, who has inspired me to become a better photographer and taught me how to capture the raw beauty of Nature.
